Not exactly a neutral point of view but, since it's a taco shop, I'll roll with it.

NOT RECOMMENDED! I just moved out from La Jolla Terrace (in the nearby complex /sister apartment). There are lotsa cockroach, a never-ending problem. Big and small cockroach. Not just in my apartment but in many others. I think it becomes one big complex problem. It's hard to resolve this problem since this pest grow to other apartments in the whole complex. Once the roaches gets into your belonging, it's difficult to clean. That's why I don't recommend this apartment. It's cheap but, man the cockroach makes a headache. Many tenants have to move out because of the same problem. The management treat tenants differently. I just moved out in May 2010 after 6 years. But still have to pay paint, carpet steam and cleaning fee. No bonus at all. Eventhough they will change the carpet. And I know some our my neighbors they don't have to pay the paint fee. They change carpet for some tenant but not to all request.
