    One of the finer locales in San Diego. Housing is still reasonable, there is very little crime, and only minutes from La Jolla.

    The walls are not "solid granite"; they are cinder blocks. There are probably about 50 coats of paint on them! Watch them turn into condos some day, or perhaps they will tear the whole place down and rebuild. There are 17 acres here; the place is worth a fortune!
