  • Building 94, Technical Training Center, ekeenan wrote 17 years ago:
I graduated from the very first Electrician's Mate "A" class to be instructed in this building in June of 1969. It was brand new at the time, and I remember it had no windows; you couldn't see out of this building. There was two breezeways on either end of the building, one was smoking, the other was non-smoking. You could drink a coke there. I moved back to my hometown of San Diego a few years ago, and happened to drive by....The Rock Church had bought the property, and were in the process of demolishing/remodeling it. Still can't believe a damn megachurch of all things got this building.
